Don Sheehan - Director and Operations Manager
Don is a vastly experienced IT/MES Professional, with a background in Accountancy. He has substantial experience of managing IT/MES resources, including personnel, in the Life Sciences and Semiconductor sectors in Ireland and Worldwide. He is a member of Senior Management team in Seabrook Technology Group. Don has lead teams of MES Engineers in various MES Projects from proposal to delivery to support.
Previously, Don was a member of the Senior Management team at a Multinational Service Provider providing MES services to Pharma/Bio sector.He has a high technical knowledge coupled with extensive Management skills, including managing budgets, personnel, projects and contract negotiation.

He has a knowledge of online marketing and the social media landscape and has worked on cutting edge projects in conjunction with local & international clients.
As a marketing manager with Seabrook Gary targets and promotes to a wide variety of business sectors in a dynamic and innovative environment, requiring high levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads.

Mary Cullinane - Manager, Payroll and HR Services
Mary has developed a detailed knowledge in all levels of payroll functions from her experience in a variety of environments in Ireland and abroad. Mary is extremely client focused and ensures the service level provided is of the highest standard.
Mary has been managing the Payroll Outsourcing Department of the Seabrook Group for over 6 years. In that time she has developed excellent working relationships with our clients, has been instrumental in procuring new clients and has Project Managed the implementation of new services and automations of payroll processes. She has studied Employment Law and can advise on HR issues relating to payroll. She has expertise in creating Employee Handbooks and Policies.

Stephen O'Donovan - Manager, Accounting and Data Services
Steve has a vast range of experience in the accountancy field ranging from public practice, pension funds, healthcare to the non-profit sector both home and abroad. This diversity in skills has allowed him to adapt seamlessly to Seabrook's requirements and further expand the services provided by the organisation.
As an accountant with Seabrook, Steve is currently overseeing an unique project in the area of harmonising the presentation of financial statements for all charities in Ireland. Carried out in conjunction with a Dublin-based client, this assignment will establish the most comprehensive database of Irish charities, NGOs and philantrophies as a strategic service to public benefit nonprofits.

Kishor Chari has been associated with Seabrook since 1998. He originally worked as a Software Development Manager in the Irish Office and managed many ERP Projects. Kishor now heads Business Development in the Mumbai Office and has executed offsite projects for clients around the world.
